Which delivery area do I come under?
You can use our postcode sheet which outlines which post codes are in which delivery area. If you have any questions please contact the office.
How long will it take to process and deliver an order?
We offer delivery on a weekly/ fortnightly basis depending on your location. We ask that orders are placed by 12 noon the day before delivery for stock items; for non-stock items please refer to the catalogue for lead times. We aim to deliver your goods within 3-5 days if we are using a courier.
How do we deliver?
To ensure the highest possible standards of service most of our deliveries are done using our own vehicles. If you are outside our normal delivery area we may use a third party, please see our delivery schedule at the bottom of the page for more information.
What is the minimum order in Scotland?
Minimum orders will depend on your location, however within our normal delivery areas they are usually between £85 - £200 to include free delivery when delivered by our own vehicles. Please use our postcode pdf for details of the minimum order in your area or contact us if you have any other questions.
What is the minimum order for the rest of UK?
We use a courier to deliver goods outside of Scotland. When we use a courier the following delivery charges apply:
£375+ Delivery free.
£200-£374 - £20 carriage charge.
