How do I find the latest prices?
Prices are correct at time of print, but are subject to change without notice. Website prices are always the most up-to-date.
How do I make a claim?
Any discrepancy or shortange on the order must be reported to The Cress Co within 2 working days.Full terms and conditions
Do I need to order by item code?
It is helpful to our telesales team if you use codes when ordering, but it is not mandatory. We are happy to help you identify any products that you think would be appropriate.
Can I get samples of products I would like to try?
We are happy to send out samples to our customers if they are available. Please just ask the office.
When do you deliver?
You can find out when we are in your area by checking our deliveries page.
Can I order half or split cases?
Some suppliers offer mixed cases of their products - which will be listed in our product catalogue. We discourage sales of half cases due to the amount of breakages in transit.
When will I receive my pre-order items?
Some of our items which are marked "pre-order" have to be ordered in and are not held as stock items but specially ordered for you. You can see how long each item takes to arrive by checking our pre-order page.
How can I let you know about my own product that I would like you to stock?
We are always interested to hear from new suppliers. We ask that in the first instance you download our new supplier sheet and send it back to us. Please go to our supplier info page for more details..
When do I need to have placed my order by?
Please refer to our deliveries page to find out when the cut off for placing orders in your area is.
Do you sell seasonal lines?
Yes - we stock seasonal Christmas lines in our Autumn/Winter brochure.
Can I have a credit account?
We ask that your first 3 orders are payment on or before delivery by either cash or cheque. Following this all customers are welcome to apply for a credit account with us, subject to references. Credit application forms can be downloaded from here
Can we offer timed deliveries?
Unfortunately we cannot offer timed deliveries but if you phone the office on the day of your delivery we should be able to give you an estimated time of delivery.
I've ordered something I don't want by mistake - can I return it?
Yes - so long as the product is still in the original packaging with enough shelf life on it.
Can I pay using BACS?
We are happy to receive payments by BACS. Our BACS details can be found on the payment page.
