Grate British Cheese

These British biscuits use traditional cheeses which are freshly grated for every batch. Using the best flour, butter and cream they are hand-baked for a home-made taste. The Cheddar Biscuits are made with Wookey Hole Cave-Aged Cheddar from Somerset, the Stilton variety with freshly crumbled Long Clawson Blue Stilton ® and finally the Smoked Cheese Biscuits are made with Dorset Red from cows on the Dorset coast, and which is smoked over oak for the dark, mellow flavour.
