This double award winning Scottish cold pressed rapeseed oil has a fresh light taste, and is extremely versatile. With its high flash point of 240°C the oil can be used for roasting, baking and in stir-fries as well as for salads and marinades. With a high Omega 3 content and no trans fats, rapeseed oil clearly has nutritional benefits over other oils.
