Where can I find a copy of the Cress Co Christmas '21 catalogue?

You can view and download a digital version of our Christmas catalogue in flipbook format, so its easy to browse the pages and search for specific products. The index page is interactive too so you can quickly find exactly what you're looking for!

When do I need to have my Christmas order in?

To avoid disappointment and ensure availability, we ask our customers to place their bulk order by Friday 30th July. For all orders we receive after this date, we will do our best to deliver as much as we can, subject to availability from our suppliers.

Once we've received your order, we'll send you a confirmation email of your order with an estimated week of delivery. It's important you check this and notify Customer Services of any changes before the order deadline of Friday 30th July. Stock is ordered based on customer orders received by us and while we'll always try our best to accommodate late changes, these cannot always be guaranteed.

Why do I have to order so early, its only summer?

Our suppliers will be working harder than ever to produce their products this year, with external factors such as Covid19, Brexit, material shortages (e.g cardboard, raw ingredients etc) and less staff due to social distancing affecting the supply chain. To ensure you receive the products you want, it is important not to delay putting in your Christmas order.

How do I place my Christmas order?

You can either download your order form in Excel to complete or if you prefer you can print out the pdf version to fill in by hand.

You'll also find a copy of our order form in the front of our Christmas catalogue, which has a perforated edge so can be easily removed, scanned in and sent to us. If you've any queries or need any help with placing your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Services Team or your Account Manager.

When will I receive my Christmas order?

Deliveries of pre-ordered Christmas stock will begin from Tuesday 14th September. We know this is a busy time for Cress customers so our Customer Service Team will contact you approx 2 weeks before your delivery is due to confirm date of arrival. This should allow time to make space for your new stock and prepare your shelves for all the festive treats.

Christmas orders will be delivered in our Cress Co vans however this may be on a different day to your normal delivery day, which may also include Mondays. Its important to check your order on delivery so any shortages or damages can be noted at this point. Your driver will be happy to help you with this.

Halloween orders are now CLOSED.Thanks for all orders which have been placed with us, Halloween stock will be delivered from Tuesday 31st August. All Halloween stock is made to order so no additional stock will be available to order.

Can I request any Halloween/Christmas samples?

We have limited samples of seasonal ranges this year however we do have lots of product information available including measurements and detailed images that we can send you including size reference photos.

Your Account Managers is also available to help you place your Christmas order so don't hesitate to contact them directly to arrange a Christmas review meeting before Friday 31st July.
