We have a proven track record for excellent availability and reliability over Christmas and we want to make sure this Christmas is no different.

As a business we understand how important Christmas is and know that our customers rely on us to deliver their Christmas stock when promised and in full. This is why we have a dedicated Christmas Team from all areas of the business already working on plans to ensure Christmas 2022 runs as smoothly as possible.

New for Christmas 2022:
- Online ordering of Christmas and all year round products
- Confirmation of orders within 5 working days
- Scheduling of deliveries and advance notice of any stock issues
- Increased our delivery capacity by an additional 500 deliveries per week
- Allocated 30,000 sq feet of our warehouse to Christmas stock

When do I need to have my Christmas order in?
To avoid disappointment and ensure availability, we ask our customers to place their bulk order by Friday 29th July. For all orders we receive after this date, we'll do our best to deliver as much as we can, however this is subject to availability from our suppliers.


Why do I have to order so early, its only summer?
Our suppliers are working harder than ever this year to produce their seasonal products whilst managing a range of challenges currently affecting the supply chain. To ensure you receive the products you want and help our suppliers provide these to you, it's important not to delay and place your Christmas order as early as possible.

When will I receive my Christmas order?
Deliveries of pre-ordered Christmas stock will begin Monday 12th September. We know this is a busy time for our customers so our Customer Service Team will contact you approximately 2 weeks before your delivery is due to confirm date of arrival. This should allow time to make space for your new stock and prepare your shelves for all the festive treats.


Who will deliver my Christmas order?
Christmas orders will be delivered by our Cress Co drivers and vans however this may be on a different day to your normal delivery day and may include Mondays. Its important to check your order on delivery so any shortages or damages can be noted at this point. Your driver will be happy to help you with this.

How do I place my Christmas order?
It's so easy to place your Christmas order this year, from mid May orders can either be placed online via the website or you can download a copy of the order form in Excel to complete and email back to us. Once we receive your order, our Customer Service Team will contact you within 5 working days to confirm your order and schedule delivery.

Please do not send your Christmas order in any other format as only online orders and Excel order forms will be processed.

Where can I find a copy of the Cress Co Christmas '22 catalogue?
You can view our Christmas and Halloween Catalogue or if you'd like a paper copy of the catalogue, please email info@thecressco.co.uk and we'll send one out to you.

For a spooctacular range of Halloween stock, check out pages 6-14 of the Christmas and Halloween Catalogue and email your order to Customer Services by Friday 24th June. All Halloween stock is made to order so no additional stock will be available to order.

Deliveries of Halloween stock will be scheduled from Monday 12th September onwards.

Can I request any Halloween/Christmas samples?
We have limited samples of seasonal ranges this year however we do have lots of product information available including measurements and detailed images that we can send you including size reference photos.

You can also find out more about our Christmas 22 ranges, view products and chat to suppliers at one of our Christmas Roadshows The Cress Team will also be on hand to help with placing orders and offer refreshments.

Your Account Manager is also available to help you place your Christmas order so don't hesitate to contact them directly to arrange a Christmas review meeting before Friday 29th July.

Due to the holidays, there will be some changes to regular Cress deliveries over the festive period:


Week beginning Monday 19th December
We will be open and taking orders as normal, deliveries will be made on your usual delivery days.


Week beginning Monday 26th December
Closed Monday 26th & Tuesday 27th December.

NO DELIVERIES on Tuesday 27th & Wednesday 28th December

All ambient & chilled stock orders must be placed by 12 noon on Wednesday 28th December Deliveries to all areas will be made on Thursday 29th & Friday 30th December, no set day.

PRE-ORDER CHILLED There will be a small selection of pre-order chilled lines available for delivery this week which will need to be ordered in advance by Thursday 22nd December. Your account manager will inform you which lines are available nearer the time.


Week beginning Monday 2nd January 2023
We will re-open Monday 2nd of January and taking orders and delivering as usual.
