Island Bakery - Peanut,Choc Chip & Toffee Shortbread (6x215g)

Stock Code: IO/034

VAT: Zero rated

Here at the Island Bakery, we think good shortbread deserves nothing but butter. We never use margarines or palm oil. Our Blissfully Buttery Range celebrates Scottish shortbread in its simplest, classic form and some more curious combinations. We use only organic ingredients, baked in unique ovens heated by Mull’s plentiful renewable timber for a perfect gentle bake. Our mixers whizz with clean electricity generated on the Tobermory river that flows past our bakery. This works best on Mull’s frequent rainy days….every cloud has a biscuit lining!

Enticing nuggets of toffee, crunchy peanuts and melt-in-the mouth dark chocolate chips combine in our all butter shortbread. The flavour profile delivers a biscuity interpretation of a popular chocolate bar (guess which one?). It certainly wouldn’t take a marathon effort to overindulge in these! Luckily all of our tins have two individually sealed packets of biscuits inside, so those lacking in willpower get a little helping hand.

Based on the Scottish Isle of Mull small batched of these fabulous organic biscuits are made using real butter, lashings of chocolate and other authentic ingredients.
