About the Role:
We’re looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team, supporting the smooth running of customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
You’ll begin by building a strong foundation in order processing, systems, and product knowledge. As your confidence grows, you’ll develop into handling customer queries, resolving issues, and taking ownership of customer relationships.
It’s a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, organisation, and clear communication are key.
