When will I receive my Christmas order? Deliveries of pre-ordered Christmas stock will begin Monday 9th September. We know this is a busy time for our customers so our Customer Service Team will contact you approximately 2 weeks before your delivery is due to confirm date of arrival. This should allow time to make space for your new stock and prepare your shelves for all the festive treats.
Who will deliver my Christmas order? Christmas orders will be delivered by our Cress Co drivers and vans however this may be on a different day to your normal delivery day and may include Mondays. Its important to check your order on delivery so any shortages or damages can be noted at this point. Your driver will be happy to help you with this.
