What do you enjoy when not working?
I love soaking up the great outdoors, dining out at new spots, reading, crocheting and spending time with family.

If you could choose any product from the Cress brochure, what would it be and why?
Praveen Kumar's Butter Chicken chilled ready meal. The quality is just like eating out in a top restaurant and I love that the spices used in the recipe are grown on his family farm. Praveen Kumar Butter Chicken

Favourite film of all time?
I don't often watch the same movie over and over but, there's something special about watching the Harry Potter films with my kids.
