Mr Filbert’s have recently launched a unique and authentic new range of gourmet Spanish crisps, in three traditional and all-time favourite Tapas recipes.
The crisps are thinly sliced and gently hand cooked in small batches in the traditional Spanish style, using potatoes sourced from local Aragon farmers, to produce a deliciously crisp and lightly translucent potato chip.
Using the perfect taste of Spanish cuisine, these crisps are then seasoned with a selection of flavours crafted to perfectly capture the delicious flavours of classic Spanish tapas recipes.
Chorizo A La Sidra uses the classic Spanish tapas dish of chorizo salami slow-cooked in cider as inspiration to produce a delicately flavoured and seasoned crisp. Tortilla De Truffa Negra features the traditional tapas flavour of black truffle for a delightfully aromatic and flavoursome snack, and Pimientos Del Padron Y Sel uses a truly authentic tapas recipe of padron peppers gently fried in sea salt, to deliver a sweet, smoky and spicy flavour with a pinch of salt.
