Crosta & Mollica (Italian for ‘crust & crumb’) was founded with a desire to bring friends and family together through our passion for real Italian food. We have travelled the length and breadth of Italy to seek out the best artisan producers so that we can bring you the finest regional bakery products and speciality foods which Italy has to offer.
From hand-twisted Grissini Rubatà made in Piemonte, to Piadina flatbreads from Emilia Romagna, our products are made to traditional recipes, using only the highest quality ingredients. If you’re looking for a true taste of Italy, we’ve got it covered from Antipasti to Aperitivo.
